What to include

Send the page URL, time of the issue, browser, wallet application, network, relevant public transaction signature and exact error. A screenshot with private information removed can help. Do not send a seed phrase, private key, API secret or remote-access credentials.

Pending transactions

If you have a transaction signature, inspect its status on the correct network before retrying. Support cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or guarantee recovery of assets. Never send funds to anyone claiming a payment is needed to “verify” your wallet.
