What happens after you sign?

A submitted signature is not a confirmed swap. The interface checks the chain for confirmation and reports errors. If confirmation remains pending, inspect the signature before sending another transaction. Your actual received amount depends on execution within the quoted minimum-output constraint.

How is a limit order different?

A Jupiter limit order defines a minimum output exchange rate and can remain open until filled, expired or cancelled. It is not a guaranteed fill or a stop-loss order. Limit fee collection requires an initialized referral token account for the output asset; unsupported fee accounts are reported before signing.

Are spot swaps the same as perpetuals?

No. Spot swaps change token balances in your wallet. Perpetuals create leveraged contract exposure in a separate margin account and can be liquidated. Bitpont keeps those products on separate pages.
