Solana Swap Not Working? Quotes, Wallets & Pending Transactions
Find which stage failed before trying the transaction again.

No quote or no route
Verify the token addresses and amount. Missing liquidity, token restrictions or an upstream outage can prevent a route. A loaded price chart does not establish that a swap quote is available.
Wallet does not open
Confirm that the compatible wallet extension is installed, unlocked and available to the browser. Check whether the interface reports a simulation error: Bitpont can reject a transaction before requesting a wallet signature.
Simulation failed
Read the returned error. Balance, token accounts, stale quotes or program constraints can be relevant. Refresh the quote after correcting the cause. Repeating an identical failing transaction does not repair it.
Signed but pending
Use the transaction signature to inspect chain status. If the transaction confirmed successfully, compare wallet balances and token addresses. If the result is still unknown, avoid a duplicate submission while investigating.
