Bitpont Security — Wallet Safety & Reporting

Protect your wallet and report a suspected interface vulnerability.

Updated 24 October 2026

Use the correct site

Check the exact bitpont.com domain before connecting. Avoid sponsored lookalikes, unsolicited recovery links and downloads sent by strangers. Obtain wallet applications through their official sources linked from Bitpont’s setup guides.

Read every approval

Check the network, recipient, token address, amount and contract allowance. A connection request is not a transfer, and a signature can have consequences beyond login. Stop if a request differs from the action you intended.

Support will not need recovery words

Never disclose seed phrases, private keys or remote access to your device. Do not transfer funds to verify a wallet or unlock a support response. Legitimate product fees are shown in the transaction flow, not demanded by an individual in a direct message.

Report a vulnerability privately

Email [email protected] with affected URLs, a clear description, impact and a minimal reproduction using accounts you control. Avoid including secrets or unrelated personal data. No bounty, reward, response time or legal safe-harbor promise is made by this page.

Safe investigation

Do not move another user’s funds, access data without authorization, disrupt service, or execute a real exploit to demonstrate impact. If private information appears unexpectedly, stop and report what was necessary to identify the issue.
