Privacy notice
Understand what the interface processes.
Updated 18 October 2026
Contact and scope
For questions about personal data handled through Bitpont, contact LIMIT SRL at [email protected]. This notice concerns the Bitpont interface; connected wallets, blockchains and protocol services have their own processing practices.
Data used by the interface
Connecting a wallet makes its public address available to the interface. Requests can contain public addresses, signed authentication messages, order parameters and transaction signatures. Server request and audit logs can include IP addresses, timestamps, paths and transaction-building events. Support messages contain the information you choose to send. The application is not designed to request or retain seed phrases or private keys.
Purpose and lawful basis
Data is used to deliver requested interface functions, authenticate requests, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and respond to support. Depending on the processing, relevant grounds include performing a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and securing the interface, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required for optional processing, it must be obtained separately.
Storage on your device
The interface uses browser storage for preferences, favourites and chart caches. If you accept an invitation, its code is stored for up to 30 days. Signing an invitation request records your public wallet address and first accepted inviter on the server; no monetary reward is accrued. Clearing site data removes these local settings. This release does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Existing hosting or third-party services may process network information independently.
Recipients, retention and rights
RPC providers, Jupiter, Velocity-related services, hosting providers and your chosen wallet may receive data needed to answer requests or execute transactions. Public blockchain data is visible to others and generally cannot be deleted. Service logs and support records should be retained only as necessary for their purpose and legal obligations. Retention and hosting details can be requested through support. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or complain to a competent supervisory authority such as Romania’s ANSPDCP. Rights can be limited by legal requirements and immutable public records.
