Spot and token risks

Token prices can move sharply; liquidity can disappear. Names and symbols can be copied, so verify mint addresses. Stablecoins have issuer and depeg risk. Token permissions, smart contracts, wallets and third-party infrastructure can fail or be compromised.

Perpetual futures

Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Cross-margin positions share collateral within the relevant account; losses in one position can affect others. Funding, fees, price movement and liquidation rules can reduce collateral. A displayed leverage multiplier is not a guarantee of available buying power or protection against liquidation.

Orders and protection

Stop-loss and take-profit orders are not guaranteed execution prices. They can slip, fail to trigger or remain unfilled when infrastructure or liquidity is unavailable. In this integration, separate protective orders are not OCO: one filling does not automatically cancel the other. Market-order confirmation does not by itself prove a fill.

Operational risks

Outages, stale data, congestion and rejected transactions can prevent timely changes to positions. Keep enough SOL for fees and know how to access the underlying protocol directly. Never treat a cached page, healthy server or sample quote as evidence that a current trade can execute.
