Terms of use
Conditions for using the Bitpont interface.
Updated 18 October 2026
Scope
These terms cover the Bitpont website and interface provided as a LiMiT product. They do not replace a connected protocol’s rules, a wallet provider’s terms or mandatory law. By using the interface, you agree to use it lawfully and to review the transaction you authorize. If you do not agree, do not use the trading functions.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be an adult with legal capacity and permitted to use the relevant services where you are located. Do not use the interface to evade applicable restrictions, sanctions or another provider’s access controls. You are responsible for your wallet security, transaction instructions and applicable tax reporting.
Execution and charges
Quotes and estimates can change. Network submission, confirmation and trade execution are separate events. Orders may fail, remain open, partially fill or execute after a delay. Applicable interface fees are disclosed on the fees page and in trading flows; network, protocol, funding and rent costs may also apply. A confirmed blockchain transfer is generally irreversible.
Service availability and risks
Bitpont depends on third-party networks, protocols, APIs and wallets. Access may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. Information is not a personal investment recommendation. Do not rely on continuous website availability to manage a position; maintain access to the underlying protocol and wallet.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bitpont does not warrant uninterrupted operation, accurate third-party data, execution at an estimated price, or profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability and remedies remain subject to applicable law and the facts of each case.
Changes and complaints
Material changes will be reflected on this page. Contact support with complaints or questions. Romanian law applies insofar as permitted by applicable conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them. These terms do not create an exclusive forum contrary to mandatory consumer rights.
