Pending Transaction Help — Check Before Retrying
Distinguish an unavailable quote from a submitted operation.
Updated 24 October 2026
No wallet request
A failed quote or transaction preparation can stop before wallet approval. If the interface explicitly reports that nothing was broadcast, it has not submitted that attempted operation. If a wallet separately reported a signature, check that signature rather than assuming no submission occurred.
Wallet approved, outcome unknown
Save the transaction signature, network and approximate time. Use Check transaction status or the recorded activity. A timeout is not proof of failure. Do not repeat the same action or clear site data while the outcome remains unresolved.
Read the correct result
| Result | What it establishes |
|---|---|
| Quote available | An estimate for that request, not a signed or successful trade. |
| Wallet approval | You approved a message or transaction, not necessarily successful execution. |
| Source confirmed | The source transaction has a confirmation; bridge delivery still needs its own check. |
| Order accepted | An order was submitted or created; fill status must be checked separately. |
| RPC unavailable | The application cannot obtain a fresh answer. It does not establish a zero balance or closed position. |
After a confirmed failure
Read the reported instruction or provider error. A new quote or corrected balance/network may be needed. Transaction fees can still have been charged for a failed on-chain attempt. Avoid repeated retries without identifying the cause.
When support can help
Send the exact diagnostic and public signature, if available. Never send a private key or seed phrase. Keep the original activity record until the result has been independently reconciled.
