SOL lending versus liquid staking
SOL lending supplies an asset to a lending market. Jito staking deposits native SOL into a stake pool and returns JitoSOL. A JitoSOL market swap is a separate way to acquire the receipt token, with its own price and slippage.
Which SOL asset is used?
Network: Solana. Native SOL is used for stake-pool deposits. The wrapped SOL mint below is used for token identity in supported markets.

From wallet to position
- Compare whether you want a lending position or wallet-held JitoSOL.
- Leave SOL outside the position for network fees and possible account rent.
- Review direct redemption versus a market-swap exit before entering.
Read the rate and availability correctly
A reported rate can change. APR and APY use different compounding assumptions, and the label does not establish that every fee has been deducted. Missing data is shown as unknown. Product availability is checked live; an asset page alone does not mean a deposit or withdrawal is currently executable.
After depositing, use your portfolio to review positions. Wallet token balances, receipt balances and underlying estimates can refer to the same economic position; do not add them together without checking.

Understand liquid staking tokens
Compare how a staking receipt differs from SOL, how rewards are reflected and how a market-swap exit differs from redemption.
Understand your SOL receipt.
A JitoSOL balance represents a share of a stake pool, while a lending receipt represents a lending position. Pool value and exchange market price can differ. Keep some SOL outside your position for network fees and account rent.
Read the risk disclosure ↗Are these returns guaranteed?
No. Rates vary with protocol conditions and can decrease. Smart contracts, liquidity, asset prices, depegging and provider-specific risks can cause losses.
How do I withdraw?
Select a position and choose Withdraw. Kamino and Jito redemptions use shares or JitoSOL; Jupiter Lend withdrawals use underlying asset amounts. The review names the unit. Protocol liquidity and fees determine what can be redeemed.
