  4. Keep enough tokens and allowance in your wallet. Track fills and cancellations in Your limit orders.

Reaching a price does not guarantee execution. Orders may fill partially. Cancellation becomes effective when its network transaction confirms; a fill can occur first. Keep POL for gas.
