The USDC aToken represents the reserve position. The current supply rate responds to borrowing demand and utilization. Wallet USDC remains separate from supplied USDC.

Existing debt can limit a withdrawal

Supplying can enable USDC as collateral. If it supports borrowing in the Aave account, withdrawing changes that account’s health. A liquid reserve alone does not guarantee that the full position can be withdrawn.

Base balances and fees

Use native USDC and ETH for gas on Base. ETH and USDC on Ethereum are separate from balances on Base. A bridge transfer must arrive before those assets can be supplied here.
